Cinderella Inspired Nails
Sometimes I just want to feel like a princess.
I highly recommend Art Clubs skinny brush line...
It can be used on a full nail too, of course!
Book Planters
Book planters made from 2 books, drilled, cut and glued together (it was quite the task!).
Succulents are best for permanent planting, but we used ivy for these
Bridal Shower Center pieces.

Proud to be an American Crafter
Wire garland can be a mess and get tangled;
wrapped up in a wreath makes for one patriotic win!
Pickle and Salsa jars are my new favorite craft item.
They can be decorated with any color tissue paper, for any holiday, for anyone!
(I suggest a contained candle or tea light inside for less mess and damage)

Bridal Shower Love
Personalized gifts are one of my favorite things to make.
This beautiful bride is getting married this August, so for her shower I personalized a coat hook/frame.
Her soon to be husband is sure to never to forget their anniversary!
*****
After crafting for a blushing bride, I was pleasantly surprised with the opportunity to craft for some wonderful bridesmaids.
At the Bridal shower they all had matching glasses to drink from - and now enjoy!

Easy French Manicure
I highly recommend NYC Color's # 134 French White tip.
I have decent nail beds so I simply put a couple coats of clear to top it off.
Voila!

Spring/Easter Candle holders
I am adamant about recycling - into my craft collection!!!
If you love salsa, pickles or anything that comes in a jar, this craft is for you! Keep those jars and make yourself a nice candle holder. All you need is tissue paper, everyday glue (adding a little warm water makes it easier to brush), scissors, a paint brush and an idea!
Easter Treats
Did you know that brown or free range eggs dye brighter than your everyday bleached white eggs?
The eggs are actually gum balls.
Ebony and Ivory Cupcakes
Nuke frosting for 10-15 seconds at a time until smooth, then dip your cupcake right in and let cool. Makes for a smooth and delicious surface. Before cooling dip into your favorite toppings. Mmmmm
Fall Holiday Wreaths
Fall 2011: I decided I wanted to make a welcome wreath for each month of the year. The basic idea began with foam shapes I found at A.C Moore and it took off from there! Now I incorporate whatever I can find that suits the theme of the wreath. I have a feeling I'll have more than one a month, the themes are just endless!
Theme ideas always welcome! :-)
